This position is for a Warehouse Clerk who is under general supervision. Responsible for locating and preparing avionics equipment for delivery. Other tasks include warehouse inventory and interaction with other company employees and teams.

This is a 2nd shift position: 10:00 AM – 6:00 pm

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works under general supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
  • Performs duties related to overall customer service.
  • Prepares avionics equipment for shipment, pick, pack, prep.
  • Performs inventory stocking and cycle counts
  • Works in tandem with Customer Service team to expedite shipments to customers
  • Prepares shipping documentation (FedEx, UPS, Sterling)
  • Files customs for international shipments
  • Maintains knowledge of Collins Aerospace organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
  • Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
  • Routinely lifts 10-20lbs boxes, may lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a flexible environment
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
