Join our team and play a critical role in delivering world-class support to our valued clients! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to expand our Customer Support team. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for responding to both technical and non-technical customer queries, helping to ensure their satisfaction with our product line.
The ideal candidate will possess very strong problem-solving and communication skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working with internal and external customers, and who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a full-time position, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm.
Proactively supporting the Turnitin product line via primarily email (and sometimes phone & live chat), ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance.
Coordinating closely with Engineering and Product Management on all product issues & releases.
Developing positive customer and cultural relations.
Assisting in the translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation associated with the product line.
Supporting other strategic initiatives as needed.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience working in a customer support role, and be fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese. You should also have excellent computer skills and knowledge of one or more of the following Operating Systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
In addition, it would be desirable if you had familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas or D2L, a broad understanding of web technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS), excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential material and possess excellent judgment.
