Job Summary:

As the Sr. Director of Product, you are responsible for providing organizational vision, leadership and strategy for Products, including Salesforce, Client Portal, and SharePoint; product day-to-day administration, data quality, user support and managing the ongoing enhancements, including system architecture, custom development, data integration, and ongoing release management. To be successful in this role, you must have terrific operational skills and be able to think strategically about how the products can further enhance our business and how to successfully integrate acquired firms. You will work closely with the different stakeholders internally and externally, to improve business processes and integrations.

Essential Job Functions will include:

  • Managing the Product teams that responsible for activities related to the design and development of the products and applications
  • Understand the business needs and how product capabilities can help solve business problems
  • Provide strategic direction across all lines of business to support the Product environment
  • Prepares, manages and maintains documentation of current business processes and the implementation of internal processes which measure KPI’s
  • Builds and continuously refines the Product platform roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Collaboratively defining and documenting functional and technical requirements and specifications, business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs
  • Identifying gaps in business requirements and documents those issues
  • Organizing technical projects from beginning to end; identifies and prioritizes actionable steps
  • Manages a portfolio of integration activities from prioritization, planning to execution
  • Developing repeatable processes that accelerate integrations and ensure timely communication of events
  • Coordinating with internal resources, M&A firms, and third-party vendors
  • Other duties requested and assigned by Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Information Systems
  • At least five years’ experience in Finance or the Wealth Management space required
  • At least five years’ experience working, and Administering CRM and SharePoint preferred
  • Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion is preferred
  • Experience in workflow process automation such as conga orchestrate is preferred

Working Conditions: Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. Will be assigned to a workstation. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
