Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing special projects and initiatives for the Total Rewards team.Here’s What You’ll Do:Works across Total Rewards functions to assist with special projects and initiativesCollaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources neededEnsures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirementsProvides project status updates at to stakeholdersCommunicates routinely to project team members and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the projectEstablishes key project criteria metrics.Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational planPlans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and stakeholdersDeploys holistic thinking across Total Rewards and globe to design and deploy the best possible employee experienceHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years related experience.Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communications.Good judgement and ability to work autonomously.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and manage changing demands with a sense of urgency.Experience with Workday is highly preferred.Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.A desire to be part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
