Our Dublin, Ohio client has a remote contract opportunity for a Project Manager who manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Able to perform project management tasks for 3-4 projects in parallel
- Scheduling meetings
- Note taking during meetings
- Keep project task tracking tools up to date
- Updating status documents
- Following up with task owners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Comfortable with both automated and manual project management support tools and methods
- Able to bring organization to the project management process where needed
- Proactively makes project management improvement suggestions if something could be done better, more efficiently
- Experience with working with and communicating with teams in all functional areas throughout the business
- Flexible communication style to drive results if one mode or method of communication isnt working
- Comfortable with problem solving and critical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience on M&A and commercial projects preferred
- Do not prefer someone who has only been a project manager for IT projects
