Jpixx is looking for someone who has great ideas, strong communication skills, and a trained eye for dynamic visuals. Someone who is ready to start on the ground floor but with a clear pathway to grow quickly within the business side of our video agency. We will need this combined role (three focuses in one job) to deploy strong social media and marketing content to promote our company, aid our video team and company as a production assistant when needed, and support and work alongside our Account Executive/Producers. Eventually, you may assist clients directly and begin to manage projects.
This is a full-time entry-level role for a new graduate (or someone looking for a fresh start). Must be extremely self-reliant to move quickly and manage and carry out your own workload while transitioning in and out of various responsibilities and tasks. This role will not be moving into the creative department to be a shooter/director/editor/filmmaker so if that is what you seek, this is not the role for you.
Junior Account Executive
Monitor and maintain client feedback and Customer Relations Management software within the project management software
Set up large meetings and draft meeting agenda
Start a Job Proposal document (RFP), Assist in writing and putting together RFPs, Searching for RFPs and jobs.
AE Backup when others are out of the office, working with and around clients, eventually managing jobs and relationships with smaller clients.
Social media management and strategy: gather and manage content from the entire staff (including yourself) to craft, write and execute social posts, use google analytics
Create newsletters, blogs, etc.., make minor website changes/updates, integrate visuals into more client interactions
Strategize and execute future marketing efforts for the business as needed. Knowing how to tell and create stories that inspire, surprise, and intrigue viewers.
Production Assistant on location, when needed: observantly at the ready for any and all needs onset (hold reflector, organize talent, etc…) while also snapping photos and phone clips to use for marketing needs.
Pre-production stages: put together a call sheet, assist with casting, develop production schedules, assist with research when needed
