  • Description:* This position will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance including production equipment, scrap collection systems, forklifts and building maintenance and automated packaging equipment.

Must be able to coordinate manning, training and preventative maintenance schedules as well as procurement..

Previous experience with converting paper and/or automated packaging equipment is a huge advantage. General knowledge of machine shop tools and equipment required, including but not limited to; welding, milling, lathe operation, general engine knowledge, robotics, PLC’s and hydraulics.

  • Skills:* Electrical, Troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, automation
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Automation experience is preferred
  • Very tenured maintenance team. Most of them have been there for a long time and they are very close knit.

  • After one year you get 5 days of PTO and can earn up to 5 more… increases year by year – good team atmosphere: lots of potlucks and meals for holidays Dirtier environment comparatively to some of the nicer manufacturing facilities. Not super dirty, but not clean. Not temperature controlled and gets very very hot in the summer. There is also no smoking allowed anywhere on the facility.
  • Shift: 7a-3p Mon-Fri There are 21 machines in the facility. Majority of which manufacture paper plates. There are also 5 robots that were installed within the last 3 years. 4 of them are boxers and the other one is a palletizer. Must be able to coordinate manning, training and preventative maintenance schedules as well as procurement..
