We are currently looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Seneca, SC!

Summary

Manage cycle count team in Seneca facility. Maintain the on hand inventory accuracy between PKMS and Essentus for Seneca facility. Monitor inventory procedures. Report to the Receiving Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise cycle count team and the cycle count process to ensure adequacy and accuracy of counts.
  • Process manual inventory adjustments
  • Reconcile PKMS and Essentus systems for Tampa inventory
  • Reconcile and clean lost cases in the warehouse
  • Reconcile and adjust for Reliable Sortation Unit discrepancies
  • Monitor and reconcile warehouse transfers
  • Monitor impact of Special Projects on inventory levels and values
  • Participate in weekly inventory control meetings
  • Provide backup for customer support reporting
  • Track styles transferred to seconds
  • Maintain safety logs
  • Special projects as assigned by the manager

Supervisory Responsibilities

May supervise, train, motivate and evaluate direct reports. Encourages proper growth within the company and development of warehouse personnel.

  • Understanding of warehouse operations and product flow

  • Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues via solid analytical and decision making skills
  • Ability to supervise warehouse personnel reporting directly to warehouse management

This position requires the normal demands of any job, such as sitting, standing, reaching with arms and hands, walking, talking and hearing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years experience in inventory control including supervisory experience
  • Strong computer skills, Excel required, PKMS and Essentus preferred
