In this role as Global Marketing Manager you will acquire and engage Amazon Music customers across owned & operated channels including on-site Merchandising, Amazon.com homepage, House Ads, FireTV and more. You are responsible for defining strategy, planning and execution

of best in class customer experiences to drive customer growth. A successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, experimentation and strong creative instincts. This role will have

global scope, working regularly with country counterparts to create and share best practices. The ideal candidate will challenge our status quo and take our global O&O marketing strategy to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a cross-platform merchandising expert and drive global execution of best practices and learnings.
  • Lead growth acquisition opportunities for Amazon Music through on-site placements, House advertising, Amazon.com homepage and FireTV.
  • Continuous A/B testing of visual merchandising, including creative imagery, messaging and CTAs.
  • Drive our personalization strategy on Amazon.com working with tech, BI and Amazon partner teams to delight customers with recommendations on latest releases, playlist, podcasts, livestreams and more.
  • Understand and create customer segmentation, cohorts and testing plans to optimize for Amazon Music growth and drive high value actions.
  • Proactively drive a measurement and learning framework with BI and Metrics teams.
  • Establish and optimize reports and perform detailed analysis to drive conversion rates.
  • Obsess over customers and how they discover Amazon Music on Amazon.com and mobile app, Amazon devices and owned and operated entities.
  • Work closely with Amazon Music’s product and development teams to inform and drive necessary features, tools and platform optimizations.
  • Make recommendations to optimize navigation and product page funnels, based on metrics and industry best practices

This role can sit in either SFO, SEA or LA

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
  • 3+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
  • Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
  • Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
  • Experience with subscription-based consumer products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
  • MBA/advanced degree.
