As a CS Rep, you discover the customers’ needs. And with the support of your team members, you match those needs with the right products. The CS Rep stays on top of news about products and processes, ready to apply any learning in customer interactions. Success is measured by team and individual productivity, as well as overall department performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor or manager
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Provide 4-5 hours of phone support daily (Mostly Incoming calls)
