Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages liaison functions of all integration efforts on hulls assigned, including:
    • Leading teams and providing training expertise for technical issues in C4I system production efforts, which includes:
      • Integration, installation, and testing of C4I or combat systems
    • Schedules
    • Risks
    • Government interface
  • Provides the day-to-day management support required by coordinating between integration, engineering, logistics and project managers to deliver products per schedule and budget
  • Assists in planning and monitoring of the technical leads in the understanding of requirements, identifying quality and technical issues, and ensuring that all requirements are met and completed on time and ready for testing
  • Provides status reports, schedules updates, and understands C4I ship builds and overhauls

Minimum Skills & Requirements

  • Fifteen (15) years of work related experience with C4I Shipboard Communications and new construction installations
  • Proficient in using and manipulating MS Excel and other suite programs
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and an understanding of shipboard integrated engineering

Desired Skills & Requirements

  • Experience installing cables and integrated equipment racks onboard Navy and MSC vessels to include but not limited to:
    • CVN, LPD, LHA, and TAO
  • Certified to Test and Terminate Fiber Optic cables. Termination experience with the following connector:
    • ST, SC, LC, and Mil-C termini

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
