I have a full time opportunity in Raleigh, NC working for one of our top tier pharmaceutical clients as a Business Analyst. This role will interact heavily with the digital team as well as IT in projects related to ERP implementations, CRM, and HR platform integrations.

It is not required to have the skills set in all 3 of those silo’s: ERP, CRM, HR platforms

This role will be 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal business analyst supporting the enterprise-wide Digital (IT) ERP/CRM applications and solutions organization.
  • Act as a liaison between the digital (IT) organization and business stakeholders.
  • Process and procedure documentation to include process diagrams and narratives and systems architecture.
  • Act as a captain for issues so that they are driven to resolution. Submit and follow up on applications support tickets when assigned.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Provide project management for small, non-complex initiatives.
  • Provide support to the company-wide PMO for large and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors relating to business, finance, project management, computer science or other relevant fields of study.
  • Demonstrated business communications, influencing, and situational awareness skills.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility to wear several hats, ranging from hands-on systems work to strategy level work as needed.
  • Business process design and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge spanning one or more of the following functions: project management, business process mapping, general ledger, financial consolidations, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Experience with ERP, and/or CRM platform implementations.
  • Skills with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics, Workday
  • Experience with a leading HR platform such as ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
  • Business or IT consulting experience, especially related to business and systems transformation initiatives.
