  • Data Analysis : Integrate new sources into existing data sets and perform new calculations, including production code to maintain, improve and optimize analysis at scale.

Key responsibilities: Extract data from Client.com instance and load into internal data query engine Transform data into visualizations and trend reports to support business processes Create, maintain and publish dashboards and reports Create ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support leadership and stakeholder updates Create compelling business stories from the data based on trends in the data Create integrations with other internal systems (PLX scripts/APIs) Investigate data sets to test hypotheses and identify trends Build data pipelines and workflows to allow operational reporting on key steps in a business process Preliminary deliverables: Dashboard Creation Work with select stakeholders such as GPO (Google Procurement) and BOPS (Business Operations) to create a consolidated view of 3rd party software requests. Create a dashboard based on the output of the Client case management system to show the teams active pipeline with associated filters. Data Analysis Using the application inventory and subsequent supplier list, pull recent activity from internal systems and calculate various performance metrics. Connect to Simba (contract management system) to determine average time to complete a contract. Connect to Buganizer (issue tracking system) to determine average time to complete a VSA (Vendor Security Audit). Connect to Ariane (product launch management system) to determine average time to complete a product launch.
