100% Remote, however, must live and set in either Florida or Texas only! This role is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers about their rewards points. Kobie Marketing is a third party company that is utilized by other customers to increase the loyalty of their customers. Clients partner with Kobie to have their redemption or rewards customers call in to get their prize or their points updates. The intention of Kobie’s call center is to increase the overall experience for customers, build rapport over the phone, and provide information about how many points they have, what they qualify for, etc.

For this class it is for Verizon, however, that is just one customer that Kobie supports. It is very important that the candidate understands that they eventually will be trained on various programs and customers. Therefore, if calls are slow for the Verizon, they can handle other programs calls.

The call volume will range and they are heading into the busy season, so representatives may have some down time right now where they can color, etc. but when the calls start coming in, they will be expected to handle a high volume of call. The goal of the call center is to create a great experience and build loyalty with their customers. Therefore, they do not focus on handle time, they focus on being great on the phone. The Verizon Up Program is the most complex calls that they will be handling and all the other programs are a lot easier. There are two computer screens that they will be toggling in, as well as the call is not scripted. They will have basic statements, i.e. how to answer the phone, etc. but they are expected to be able to communicate with the customer and build that great relationship on their own.
