Third party marketing company is seeking Entry level Remote customer service representatives. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers pertaining to rewards program.

The goal of the call center is to create a great experience and build loyalty with their customers.

The call volume will fluctuate during shift therefore, the focus is being great on the phone. No call center is required, just a passion for customer service and helping people with their questions.

There are multiple full time shifts- must be available Sunday – Saturday.

  • Individuals with the following qualities will be a great fit:*
  • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Strong job tenure (1-2 years in a position within the past 5 years)
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
