Why we’re hiring:

WPP is looking for someone to drive our Community Success and Engagement across the organization as we rollout the Workday Program. This role is the about building engagement and adoption through stakeholder and community ambassadorship. Working with key leaders, influencers, and employees across various agencies to understand their key needs and having the product, communications, and engagement needs be addressed during the Workday launch and beyond.

Community success and engagement efforts start with strong partnership with the Workday Global Product Owners to better iterate and optimize the product for the benefit of our customers.

This role with support the launch Workday waves with an emphasis promoting and driving engagement leading strong ambassador programs, collaborating on communications and campaigns, keeping ambassador feedback top of mind, connecting with global business leads about the benefits of Workday, and always thinking with a growth/hybrid mindset.

Using your WPP and agency rolodex, you’ll draw upon your relationships and organizational understanding to build out meaningful connection points and strategies for engagement across the WPP organization to help transform hearts and minds around the Workday Program.

This role reports into the Global Head of Change & Engagement on a team of other Communications & Engagement professionals who are working to drive larger Workday adoption.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Broad understanding of WPP and its agencies, capabilities and how to draw upon key people across the businesses to mobilize engagement
  • Expert collaborator as role requires deep partnership with GPOs, comms / change teams to ensure that user value is maintained through Workday launch
  • Host feedback gathering initiatives (quantitative and qualitative) to better understand our customer/community needs and build out engagement programs/frameworks from feedback

  • Be a subject matter expert the value of Workday and what it means for our organizational transformation and clearly communicate it to all our stakeholders and customers
  • Partners with Global Product Owners throughout the duration of the launch to ensure their customers are readied for Workday implementation.
  • Take the lead to build out and run multi-level ambassador programs to address the unique needs of our customer segments/stakeholder that ultimately propel the adoption of Workday.
  • Create processes, documentation, and strategies to gather user feedback and guide new engagement plans based on learnings
  • Augment or curate communications materials to different audience needs including PowerPoints, FAQs, Emails, etc
