The Certified Medical Interpreter provides medical interpretation and translation services for patients and families speaking a particular language.


Document/Phone Call/In-person Translation

  • Treats as confidential, within the treating team, all information obtained via various mediums and sources learned in the performance of their duties following all HIPPA guidelines.
  • Strives to render the message accurately, conveying the content and spirit of the original message and maintain impartiality.
  • Acts in a professional and ethical manner and treat all parties with respect.

Data Tracking

  • Tracks dates and times of services and keep dashboard of data.


  • Required: Certification from the National Board for Certified Medical Interpreters or the Certification for Healthcare Interpreters
